Details and what to expect

During a Sound Bath Experience, guests will feel like the sounds are washing over them in a soft and gentle flow.

Sound can shift our brainwave states from active Gamma & Beta to relaxed Alpha & Theta which produces a sense of calm and peace within the body. Many of the instruments used during the sound bath experience resonate at the same frequency as the cells (432 Hz) in the body, bringing the body back to harmony.

You will be guided through your journey with a blend of 432 Hz quartz crystal singing bowls which correspond with the 7 chakras (energy centers for the body), 432 Hz crystal pyramid, Angelic Flow chimes, zephyr chimes connecting with Elements, ocean wave drum, Deep Breathe Gong, rain stick, and voice. As a certified sound practitioner and facilitator, Jessica has a family of Instruments Offering an array of Beautiful Sounds making each experience unique.

• Sound Bath Experiences are tailored to your special event during your consultation.

• Guests are invited to lay or sit down & relax.

• Please ensure there is efficient space for your guests to lie down on a yoga mat.

• Yoga mats and blankets can be provided for up to 25 people if needed.

• Positive affirmation cards can be included for each guest.

• In-Person Sound Bath Experience Investment is $444 for one hour and up to 25 people. I will need about 45 minutes to set up prior to the start time and about 30 minutes to take down and depart.

  • This pricing includes any location within a 10-mile radius of Buckhead. If further away a travel fee will be added upon consultation.

• Virtual Sound Bath Experience Investment is $222 for one hour for unlimited guests via Zoom. I recommend that guests wear headphones for the best Sound experience but not required.
