Full Moon in Pisces 4°+Partial Lunar Eclipse August 27-28, 2026

Your Eclipse Pisces Full Moon Guide to Trust What Is Being Revealed.

The Pisces Full Moon + Partial Lunar Eclipse arrives August 28 at 4°Pisces, closing out an incredibly potent eclipse season and illuminating what can no longer remain beneath the surface.

And this one feels like an exhale.

Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac ~ the mystic, dreamer, healer, artist and intuitive. It governs the unseen realms, our subconscious, dreams, imagination, compassion and connection to something greater than ourselves.

But Pisces also teaches us one of the hardest lessons: we cannot control our way into surrender.

This eclipse arrives opposite the Sun in Virgo, activating the sacred polarity between Spirit + form. Intuition + discernment. Surrender + devotion. The dream + the daily choices required to live it. And because this is a lunar eclipse, we are not necessarily being asked to create more. We are being shown what is complete. What are you still carrying that belongs to another version of you?

  • What have you already outgrown but haven't fully released?

  • Where are you trying to intellectually understand something your soul already knows?

This is the medicine of Pisces. Not everything needs another strategy. Sometimes the next level comes when we stop gripping the old one. ✨ Let the waters move. Let the truth rise. Let what is complete be complete.

Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Poem

The ocean rises, silver and still,
a mirror of dreams that guide and will.
The moon spills secrets across the tide,
where endings fade and truths reside.

Eclipse of mystery, eclipse of flame,
whispering softly, calling your name.
Release the weight, the stories untold,
make space for blessings, radiant and bold.

Pisces sings in watery song,
reminding your soul where you belong.
Not to the past, not to the pain,
but to love’s embrace, whole again.

So let the tide take what must leave,
open your hands, soften, believe.
For endings are gates, beginnings are near,
the path is lit, your soul is clear.

🌿 The Essence of Pisces ~ I beleive…

  • Mutable Water: Ready to change and adapt, and is receptive to outside ideas and understandings through creativity, intuition, and imagination.

  • Symbol: Two fish swimming in opposite directions upstream, living in a dream, unified by the bridge of transcendent consciousness

  • Ruler: Neptune, which is associated with dreams, illusions, and spiritualism.

  • Dates: February 18th - March 20th (can vary a day or so on each end)

  • Mythology: Neptune, the Roman god of the sea (Greek Poseidon), rules the unseen depths — intuition, dreams, illusions, and the mysteries beneath the surface — his trident symbolizing dominion over both physical and psychic waters. Pisces, born of the myth where Aphrodite and Eros leapt into the river as two fish tied together, represents unity, love, divine connection, and the duality between spirit and matter, dream and reality. As the final sign of the zodiac, Pisces embodies completion, transcendence, and compassion, inviting us to merge with the whole while navigating the challenge of illusion, escape, and blurred boundaries.

  • Archetypes: Dreamer, mystic, artist, musician, nurse, savior, seer, visionary, sound healer, spiritual healing, angelic, someone living in retreat like a monk, the mermaid, ocean wanderer

  • Tarot: The Moon ~ The Moon controls the ocean's tides, which is relevant to the water element of Pisces, the fish. Pisces deeply connects us to our emotions, subconscious, intuition, and dreams, all themes also symbolized by The Moon card and its ruling planet, Neptune.

  • Herbs: Lavender, mugwort, jasmine, chamomile, seaweed, and blue lotus for calming the mind, enhancing dreams, and connecting with mystical ocean energy.

  • Movement: Gentle, fluid yoga flows, swaying dance like water, restorative floating poses, or mindful walks by rivers, lakes, or oceans to sync with Piscean tides.

  • Crystals to work with: Amethyst, fluorite, labradorite, aquamarine, opal, coral, jade, blue lace agate, aquamarine, turquoise

  • Essential oils: Angelica, Bergamot, Blue Lotus, Chamomile, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Geranium, Laurel, Lemon, Rose, Rosewood, Sandalwood, Spikenard, Vetiver

  • Illumination & Shadow ~ deep empathy and compassion, spiritual wisdom and intuition, psychic gifts, creative inspiration through art and music, a healing presence rooted in unconditional love, the ability to dream new realities into being, and surrender with trust in divine flow. Unhealed: escapism and avoidance, addiction, confusion or lack of boundaries, overwhelm, ungrounded idealism, martyrdom or over-sacrifice, and slipping into illusion, fantasy, or denial of reality.

🌑 Full Moon in Pisces Lunar Eclipse Ritual

  • Salt & Flower Release: Write what you release on paper, then burn or place it in water  with rose petals or salt for symbolic closure.

  • Piscean Vision Meditation: Envision what you want to experience and feel this energy alive in your body ~ write, paint, or embody that feeling/frequency for 5–10 minutes, letting intuition flow.

Soul-Opening Journal Prompts

  • What am I ready to release as I enter a new energetic chapter?

  • What hidden longing or dream is emerging from within?

  • Where have I been resisting flow, and how can I soften into trust? What frequency am I ready to embody now?

Ritual Bath for Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

Draw a warm bath with sea salt or Epsom salt, adding lavender, mugwort, or jasmine. Place a floating flower or seashell in the water as a symbol of beauty and connection. Enter slowly, close your eyes, and visualize the Full Moon reflecting on the water, dissolving what no longer serves. Repeat your mantra as you soak, and when you drain the tub, imagine the water carrying away old patterns, leaving you soft, open, and renewed.

As you soak, bring in the element of sound to attune your body to Piscean frequency. You can:

  • Play ocean sounds, whale songs, singing bowls, or soft chimes to mimic the movement of water and the flow of energy.

  • Hum or chant gently, letting your voice ripple through the water. Pisces rules the feet, so imagine the vibrations moving from your toes upward, dissolving tension and opening channels of release.

  • End the ritual by sitting in stillness, listening to the silence after the sound fades, as a reminder of the vast ocean of peace within.

Mantras to use for the Pisces Full Moon Eclipse

  • I surrender to the flow of life.

  • I am open to divine guidance and compassion.

  • I trust the tides of change to carry me home through my heart.

  • I dissolve illusion and embody truth.

  • I am one with all, and all is one with me.
