What to Expect

Your 60-minute journey begins with a gentle invitation to rest, relax, and receive. Guests are guided through a flowing soundscape using crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, gong, and a curated family of elevated instruments tuned to 432 Hz - a frequency known for restoring balance and harmony.

The experience can be held indoors or outdoors, and is fully customized to your gathering, theme, and intention.

Before Your Session

Guests are encouraged to bring:

  • A yoga mat

  • Water to stay hydrated

  • Eye mask, blanket (optional)

  • Positive affirmation cards can be included for each guest upon request.

  • Please ensure a quiet, comfortable space where guests can lie down fully.

Travel within the Atlanta metro area is included - Setup and breakdown: 60 minutes before, 30 minutes after
